Adults
- First Adult Member: $75/month
- Second Adult Member: $67.50/month (10% off)
- Third Adult Member & Beyond: $60/month each (20% off)
Children: (Must be enrolled with an adult)

monthly membership cancelations
If a member cancels the monthly membership, the individual/family may continue to utilize the clinic for all medical needs but will no longer have the membership benefits and will be charged non-member rates.
